Gangnam Medical Tour Center is equipped with lockers only available for foreign medical tourists.

How to use
- Inquire about using a locker to a Gangnam Medical Tour Center staff member.
- The staff member will give four KRW 500 coins.
- Insert the coins into the slot of the locker you are going to use.
- Close the locker door and take out the key.
Note
Polices on uncollected items after the period of use
- If the user fails to vacate the locker within 1 day including the day of deposit without agreement with the provider of the storage service, the uncollected items will be transferred to and stored at a separate location. If the user does not collect the item within 30 days from the day of the separate storage, the ownership of the items will be considered to be given up by the user and the items will be disposed of.
- If the user wants to collect the separately stored items, the user must visit the location and will be subject to late fees which are the sum of the deposit fee per day based on the total days of the separate storage.
Compensation for damages
If the user causes damage to oneself or other people by using the locker, the user must compensate for the damage. The locker provider is not liable for any damage caused by the cases described below:
- User’s negligence, such as the loss of a locker key
- Disposal of uncollected items
- The cases that happen between the closing hours and the opening hours on the next day
- Force majeure events including natural disasters
Notice
- In case a lost key, please contact the Gangnam Medical Tour Center. You must pay KRW 10,000 as compensation for the loss and the replacement.
- Cash, antiques, marketable securities, flammables, weapons, perishable items, and valuable items (items that cost KRW 100,000 and higher) are prohibited.
- If the item you would like to store is bigger than the size of a locker, you can store it at the Gangnam Medical Tour Center office.
