Start bath from warm water to hot water, and finish with Mugwort bath.
Soeum physiological type has a cold body and weak stomach, so it is not good to sweat a lot in the bath. Soeum type gets easily exhausted and loses energy when they sweat a lot. For this reason, when take a bath, start from warm water first (36~39 ℃) for about 5 to 10 minutes before moving on to the hot water. After getting out of the hot water, it is recommended to have a mugwort bath which stimulates the stomach. When you arrange a mugwort bath at home, put dry mugwort (100g) into a hemp bag in cold water (2L), heat it in a weak fire, and pour it in the tub to take a bath in it for about an hour. When you finish your bath, take a shower with warm water instead of cold water. If you have cold hands and feet, drinking a cup of ginseng tea after a bath can also help to keep your body warm.

Avoid a bath in high temperature. Take a lower-body bathing or a medicated bath with Chinese matrimony vine.
Soyang Physiological Type is a constitution that can often feel chest tightness, as they tend to have high body temperature. Lower-body bathing is much better suited to them than hot bath. It is better to gradually increase the temperature from 60 ℃, rather than jumping into high temperature from the beginning even when you are in the sauna. As also for a medicated bath, medicinal materials with cool properties are suitable. If your kidneys are weak and you have back pain or arthralgia, it is helpful to have a bath in Chinese matrimony vine or Japanese cornlian cherry. Put a handful of them into cold water (1L), pour some water that was mildly boiled for about an hour into the tub, and soak your body. It is also a good idea to drink a glass of barley tea, which lowers body temperature and has a diuretic effect, before and after the bath, or drink a cup of carrot juice or tomato juice.

Take a tepid bath, and walk while you are at it.
A tepid bath is more effective than a bath in hot water (34~37 ℃) for Taeyang physiological type. Walking in a large bathtub such as at hot springs or public bath helps to train the weak lower body. At home, stretch your legs while sitting in a bathtub, and raise and lower your feet repeatedly. Aquatic exercise is less affected by gravity, which helps with middle-aged arthritis due to obesity, and also helps with dieting because of high fat consumption in terms of calories. It is good to slice 100g of quince thinly, boil it in cold water (1L), and pour into the bathtub after an hour to take a bath in it. 100g of grape juice also does the trick if you do not have the time.

Take long period of hot spring bathing or cold bathing
Taeum physiological type is a constitution that feels refreshing after sweating as much as they sweat easily, even from a small activity. Therefore, if you enjoy hot spring bathing for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, you can sweat a lot, and you will become more lively and energetic. Dipping your body in hot water and giving strength to your belly, 10-20 minutes of double breathing will help you sweat a lot. However, if you have a heart diseease or high blood pressure, it is not a good idea to have a long bath. Hot and cold bath for Taeum type can help the circulation and prevent cold. You can also take a bath of 100g adlay flours in a tub.
